In its Accelerator Programme, BadenCampus offers start-ups various workshops and coaching modules for accelerated business development. In 2019, we were there with Q.big 3D and were able to benefit from the expert knowledge and experience of other founders in over seven months.
The first phase dealt with market entry. Workshops were held on topics such as business model development, building a successful team and agile project management. Marketing and sales strategies were presented and pitch trainers supported us in optimizing our pitch deck. Our mentor analyzed our company, provided us with contacts and advised us on questions.
The second phase was about cooperation. For this purpose the Summer School was offered at the beginning. During three days we worked intensively with our mentors on our company. With the matchmaking event offered by the BadenCampus and various challenges, we were supported in our search for industrial partners.
The third phase of the program was about financing. Topics such as IP strategy, term sheet negotiations and financial planning were addressed and contacts to investors were established. The preparation of the final pitch was also on the agenda.
The Accelerator was completed during the DemoDay on November 07, 2019. The best teams were given the opportunity to present their ideas directly to investors and business angels.
